By completing this purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Bonjour Propane guarantees a safe, professional and efficient service. To achieve this, we require your collaboration in many ways:

• PREPARATION for reception: you have selected a date for delivery, do not forget it. Deliveries are between 7.30 am and 8.30 pm. For the bottle Exchange service, please make sure that your empty tank is easily accessible right where you indicated during the ordering process and disconnected from the device. If the tank is connected to the device at the time of delivery, a connection service fee may be charged. If your tank to be exchanged can't be found or reached, we will still leave the full tank but you will have to pay an additional amount of $40 for the purchase of a tank without Exchange as a corrective fee. TANKS MUST ALWAYS BE LEFT OUTSIDE.

• ACCESS TO THE PREMISSES: Access to the drop-off or connection site must be safe, easy and quick. Ideally the technician stays outside at all time, so does the tank. Ways and alleys must be clear of snow, ice and debris. Doors and gates must remain unlocked and open when possible. Animals must not slow down our work. At any time, the technician can decide whether he can perform a fast and safe work.

• DELIVERY IS IMPOSSIBLE: If, once at your door, the delivery cannot be completed as specified by the client, we will search for a safe place to leave the tank. If for any reason, the delivery person finds that there is no safe location for the tank, you will be notified by email. You may get a refund but delivery and administrative fees of $10 will be charged.

• TANK DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE: Damaged cylinder, foot ring, collar or valve may disqualify your tank for exchange. Tanks must be less than 10 years of age i.e. they must have been built or recertified in the past 10 years. If your tank is damaged or too old, we will proceed with the exchange but you will need to pay additional $30 for a tank upgrade. Tanks in good condition from an approved exchange program (Bonjour Propane, Tank Traders, Rapidgaz and PNE) are always accepted regardless of their age.
